This Privacy Policy explains how Ironclad Research collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the Service. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

Usage data — such as articles viewed, learning progress, bookmarks and quiz activity, used to power your dashboard and improve the platform.
Billing information — handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
Newsletter information — your email address, confirmation and unsubscribe status, the signup location, and a pseudonymous request fingerprint used to prevent abuse. We do not store a raw IP address for newsletter signup.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. For an unsubscribed newsletter address, we may retain a minimal suppression and consent record so that we can honour the opt-out and demonstrate how consent was handled.
